Every year, mandarin limes ripen in October and November. This year the team in JEP has harvested baskets and baskets of heavy mandarin lime for its juice. It's orange on the outside, but inside, it's an intense flavor of sour lime, a hybrid lime. For days and days, our team took turns to squeeze out the juice and bottle them up to be stored in a freezer. The amount of juice is enough to last the whole year! For those who like sour taste, you can try to lick and eat the flesh. It's nice!
